Student Halls of Residence and Hotels:
The Congress Organization has prepared a list of halls of residences and hotels near the congress venue in different areas of Madrid (Moncloa-Argüelles, Cuatro Caminos, Príncipe Pío, and Chamberí-Centro). Attendees should book directly with the hotel or through their travel agency. Both Moncloa-Argüelles and Cuatro Caminos have direct public transport to the Ciudad Universitaria de Madrid (bus and metro). Many of the hotels we present are 2 km or less from the congress venue, making it possible to walk there in about 25-30 minutes at most.
Student halls of residence
Participants in the congress can book accommodation in one of the five university residences owned by UCM: https://www.ucm.es/english/halls-of-residence and https://www.ucm.es/colegios-mayores-verano-y-estancias-cortas.
Four of the five residences are located on Avda. Séneca (Antonio de Nebrija, Diego de Covarrubias, Teresa de Jesús, and Ximénez de Cisneros), from where you can reach the congress venue in about a 25-minute walk. The fifth residence (Santa María de Europa) is located at Cea Bermúdez 17, about a 15-minute walk from Moncloa, where you can access the congress via metro (Ciudad Universitaria) or bus (G, 82, 132).
To reserve accommodation in a university residence, you will need to contact the secretary of the residences directly at: ccmm@ucm.es.
Please check availability and conditions at least 7 days in advance; however, it is highly recommended to make this reservation well in advance to ensure availability.
